If you reside within the US or Canada and have never ordered a part from Life Fitness, you can contact our Customer Support Services Call Center at (800) 351-3737 and request to open a parts account. All accounts are set up as cash in advance (credit card or C.O.D.) but terms are available subject to credit application approval.

If any part fails within 90 Days of use, it can be returned by contacting Customer Support Services at (800) 351-3737. One of our Support Specialists will provide you with a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label to return the piece to our parts depot.
